Team Certification: Once you register you will receive an email from our National Certification team to certify.
ALL teams must certify through our National Virtual Certification via the PSI National Certification system. We do not accept any other certification systems.
Team Moms / Secretaries must upload the following documents to certify their child: Original Birth Certificate, State ID, Passports or Military ID. Our National Certification Director will contact you with info to logo in to the database.
Submit Regular Season Certified League Roster: Our National Championship is designed for GRASSROOTS ORIGINAL ROSTER programs & organizations that play a regular season schedule in a local conference. We do not accept all-star teams or teams with add on players.All teams must submit an email with a regular season SCANNED CERTIFIED SIGNED STAMPED copy from their local conference or league .
PICTURES of a roster will not be accepted.

Prior to the PSI Pinnacle, with so many events claiming to be “national” championship tournaments, Prospects by Sports Illustrated decided to host an event that truly displays the TRUE top teams, but also have the MOST national & international exposure like non other.. Thus our thorough research the need for conference championships to advance to a National Championship.
Teams that win their Conference Championship will be sent to The PSI Pinnacle National Championships In Arlington, Texas, which is the ONLY National Championship with exposure to over 30 millions fans and over 2000 youth football teams.
Being that we are Prospects by Sports Illustrated, our reach, events & relationships across the globe allow us to bring TRUE exposure and recognition to teams, coaches & organizations who would otherwise go unnoticed.
